EXPERIMENT #1:

WE ATTEMPT TO FERMENT TABASCO BRAND HOT SAUCE, SO THAT IT WILL BECOME MORE DELICIOUS.


Pictured: one (1) bottle opened hot sauce, hot sauce in saucer, one (1) unopened bottle of hot sauce (for comparison).


































The time was 5:22. The date was last Thursday.
































We also tried to freeze some ice (unrelated). It was too hot to freeze ice.



































RESULT!



Ball melting heat wave raised test kitchen temperature far beyond allowable experiment conditions. All moisture evaporated from poured-out Tabasco brand hot sauce. Nothing useful was learned.
